| 1995 | ITEC commenced its case management operations delivering Contracted Case Management services under the Employment Services Regulatory Authority (ESRA) contract. |
| 1998 | The company operated as a Job Network provider, delivering Job Matching and Job Search Training services together with the Community Support Program. |
| 2000 | ITEC Employment commenced network services in Torres Strait, Alice Springs and Katherine. The company was also contracted by DEWR and FaCS to deliver CWC services in Alice Springs, Katherine and the Torres Strait, Transition to Work services in Alice Springs and the Personal Support Program in Mackay and Cairns. |
| 2001 | ITEC received the NAIDOC award by the DEWR in recognition of commitment to promoting Indigenous employment. |
| 2003 | With the high performance ratings that were achieved by ITEC in the Torres Straits, Alice Springs and Katherine ESA for the duration of ESC2, the company receiving a DEWR Invitation To Treat for the delivery of Employment Services 2003-2006 contract in all locations.
ITEC grew to be a major provider of job network services in NQ, Torres Straits and the NT with full time offices in Cairns, Smithfield, Thursday Island, Alice Springs, Tennant Creek, Katherine and Darwin from where we serviced the Top End communities in the Bathurst Islands and Batchelor areas. |
| 2006 | ITEC grew once again with another successful tender, taking the business to 14 offices, with the inclusion of Mareeba, Atherton, Yarrabah and Hermannsburg, with servicing into the APY Lands in South Australia. |
| 2007 | With the opportunities provided through the rolling tenders, ITEC expanded once again. WA offices were established in Broome, South Hedland, Kununurra, Newman and Derby, where we provide Job Network services. |
| 2009 | Announcements as part of the Job Services Australia service delivery model saw ITEC change once again with the footprint of our network expanding to include Cooktown, Mossman, Innisfail, Karratha in WA, and a number of communities across the top end of NT including Tiwi Islands, Nhulunbuy and East Arnhem Land |
