ITEC Employment works with the community to develop tailored employment initiatives to meet the needs of both Job Seekers and Employers. We know the communities in which we operate and we know what is available to offer integrated employment services. Our services encourage a greater uptake of apprenticeships and improve connections with vocational education and training providers. We also develop and maintain linkages with state and territory government employment and training initiatives. Through Job Services Australia we aim to get more people into jobs by delivering the right mix of training, work experience and other innovative solutions. Our Employment Coordinators negotiate individually tailored plans (known as Employment Pathway Plans with job seekers to bring together suitable activities, appropriate interventions and a variety of tailored support services to address their employment needs.
