Making it easy to take on new staff
ITEC’s Wage Subsidy Scheme offers a win-win solution for both employers and Jobseekers. Finding and training new staff requires a substantial commitment in both time and resources. Our Wage Subsidy Scheme is designed to help alleviate costs associated with employing and training new staff while our eligible Jobseekers gain valuable skills and experience.
The level of Wage Subsidy is assessed on a case by case basis and is dependent upon the individual needs of the jobseeker and the amount of support they require. Agreements are negotiated prior to placement and payments are issued after 13 and 26 weeks of continuous employment.
Once you have lodged your vacancy position with ITEC, you will be notified of eligible candidates who we can offer a subsidy for.
