Post Placement Support (PPS)

PPS is another of the tools we use to ensure the smoothest possible transition into the workplace for you and your new employee. With our expertise in the field of employment we know that the first few weeks that someone starts a new job are crucial. That is why we have established the Post Placement Support program where regular contact is maintained with yourself as the employer and your new worker for the first six months they are employed.

We can also skill your new employees by funding extra training, work related licences and other expenses, subject to the needs and eligibility of the new employee. We will contact you at timely intervals over the initial 26 week period to ensure we are taking every action possible to make certain the new employee remains employed and the employer is satisfied with the employee’s performance on all levels.
