Manages the operational aspect of the site including P & L, service delivery, staff performance, human resources, WH & S, maintaining site mandatory structures, ensuring compliance.

• The ability to plan, monitor and deliver high quality service in an efficient and cost effective manner,
• Good working knowledge of, or the ability to promptly acquire knowledge of, the local labour market and the Job Services Australia Contract, with the ability to interpret and apply the related legislation, policies and procedures
• Demonstrated thorough understanding of the barriers facing jobseekers, including disadvantaged groups and the long term unemployed particularly those in remote locations
• Highly developed problem solving, research, conceptual, analytical skills and the ability to develop practical and forward thinking
• Demonstrated leadership, organisational and time management skills, excellent HR skills
